By accessing and using BelleVow (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms. BelleVow provides a wedding website builder, RSVP management system, and gift registry platform.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all content you publish on your wedding site.
• You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
• Your wedding site and data remain accessible as long as the Service is operational.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely happy with BelleVow. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase.
• To request a refund, email support@bellevow.com with your account email.
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• After 14 days, all purchases are final.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Here's how we handle your data:

• We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service (email, wedding details, guest information you add).
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Guest data (RSVPs, dietary requirements, song requests) is only accessible to the wedding site owner.
• Payment processing is handled securely by Payfast. We do not store credit card details.
• You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@bellevow.com.
